IBBM aims to make its website understandable, navigable, and usable by as many people as possible.
Objective
Development uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference. This objective guides design, editing, and review; it is not yet a formal statement of conformance.
Measures included
- Semantic structure and heading hierarchy.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus.
- A link to skip to the main content.
- Responsive design, contrast, and suitable touch targets.
- An identified language selector and alternative text for institutional marks.
Known limitations
Comprehensive validation with assistive technologies and the final review of some content and documents remain pending. Improvements will be incorporated progressively.
